The #5 had the most candy-like nose of the phenos we considered keeping. She generally smells a bit brighter than the #10 and has a slightly more energizing effect while retaining some sourdough-fuel notes. This cultivar grew to be the tallest and most vigorous plants on the farm this year.

The texture of this batch is what we are aiming for with chunky crystals in a wet sauce.
