Cultivar Description:

The #5 had the most candy-like nose of the phenos we considered keeping. She generally smells a bit brighter than the #10 and has a slightly more energizing effect while retaining some sourdough-fuel notes. This cultivar grew to be the tallest and most vigorous plants on the farm this year.

Batch Notes:

This batch has a somewhat different texture and smell than the indoor Sugar Shack #5 cold cure batches. The candy and sourdough notes typical to our indoor batches are complemented by earthy and pineapple notes in this wetter cold cure batch. The overall nose is like a fruit cocktail.
